Something that my lecturer shared with me when we were in conversation over msn.

I wonder they manage to do that in such a way  . This is real cool. Impressive!

Harajuku Lovers

March 20th, 2009

I’m totally in love with Harajuku Lovers  . Their design caught my eyes when I first saw their tees @ FOS back in two years. I was really surprised 8O to see harajuku lover’s tee @ Tang’s Pavillion KL, their design really caught my attention. I thought it was some kind of brand from elsewhere. I didn’t expect it is so well-known.

I’ve been surfing around to find out what is the story behind as my little sis told me she saw the fragrance. I get to know, Harajuku Lovers (HL) is one of Gwen Stefani’s brand apparel. There are 5 features represent HL, G (Gwen) and her backup harajuku dancers , Love, Angel, Music, and Baby. They’ve applied these features into their tee’s design, shoes, watches, bracelet etc.

Besides, they also use as the overall concept of the fragrance design. I’ve seen it and I really love their design of their bottle. They’ve used the doll as the bottle. Take a look at their wallpaper, blended nicely.

Below is Harajuku Lovers Fragrance Campaign that I’ve found at their site http://www.hlfragrance.com

I’m so in love with 5 of them  , especially Love n G. I’ve read some bloggers was chosen to get a very big sample set to try and write out about HL. I saw the bracelet, I really like it. I’m not sure if I can get it locally. I’ll try to find it. Yesterday I’ve took out all my HL tees, and my dear counted for me. I have 9 pieces. I want to get more soon…

Moody Day

March 16th, 2009

I’ve been working this weekend and just finished my work afternoon ago. Yesterday and today was really a moody day for me. No no no… not because of the work. It is because yesterday when I was focusing on my work, my dad kept calling me. I didn’t really bother until I walked out I saw blood on the floor, I was really shocked. My little happy bleeding. He was bitten by bonnie. I was really panic, didn’t know what to do. My dad helped me with it. Even though happy stop bleeding, I still can’t stop myself worrying and kept going out to check on him.

Backdated post. Actual event took place on 12th August 2008

Time Flies, today is our last day in Bali :( . We are heading to Tanah Lot as planned earlier. According to our friends, Tanah Lot is famous with rock formation pilgrimage temple and one of the best place to see sunset 8O . Entrance fees is needed when you reached there. As we walked down to the temple, there are many shoplots along the way. Soon I saw the temple is on top of a huge rock (known as cliff too) as explained earlier. I was really impressed as I haven’t seen this before. It is during low tides. You are allow to enter the sea. If it is around sunset, you have to leave as the water level will go up.

You can do some blessing near the stairs. Note that, you have to donate when you want to do so. They will sprinkled some holy water, stick some rice on ur forehead and put a flower on ear while blessing. You will also can find out, there are people with snakes around for you to take pictures. It is not free. You need to pay for that too  . We were not allow to go up to the temple, only half way of the stairs. While we walked around, we bumped into a lady. The lady trying to pick seaweed. As far as I remember, Alex said it is seaweed. They will pick it, wash then dry it under the sun and sell it to people. According to Alex, this seaweed is quite expensive and healthy food. You can also find out some seaweed with eggs. It looks like eggs to me  but I’m not really sure what it is. Its taste salty. No no no… not me try on that thing, Alex did  .

After hanging around, we intend to go up the to the seaside cliff, to have a coconut drink. There are many restaurants along. You can enjoy sunset dinner but you have to get there before 6pm otherwise you can’t able to get a table. It will be full with people and jam. Remember to go earlier!

Alex brought us to eat Satay Madura. We’ve ordered lamb meat because Alex highly recommend that with Gule Kambing (Lamb soup I supposed) and a rice. It is yummy but then I was too hungry until I almost finish, the last piece then only I found out, not only lamb meat. I think they mixed with something else 8O . By then I didn’t finish the last piece  . We still have time after lunch, Alex brought us to his shop in Kuta and meet up with his wife. His wife, Anita is really friendly. They give me a necklace and a bracelet as a gift. We then went for foot massage before headed to airport.

Time to go home  . It is sad to leave such a nice place. I really enjoy this place and definitely will be back.
