I’ve planned to surprise my dear to cook for him celebrating his birthday, but I don’t really know how to cook . Usually my dear cooked for me .

Hmm… I guess I have to online search for recipe, just like how I did for the birthday cake. The first thing came up to my mind is lamb. My dear is lamb lover but after asking advise from mandy, I’ve changed my mind to cook steak instead. Not very sure what kind of steak cooking I should do, so I choose Fajitas, Mash Potatoes and Buffalo Wings. The surprise didn’t really work as my dear have the plan to go back his hometown until I asked if he can go back some other day . We went to buy ingredients together, and took a really long while to look for it.

When I reached my dear’s house, WAR in the kitchen begin. Reading the recipe, chopping, burning, blending, grilling…

After 4 1/2 hours… ***TADA***

I expected myself 3 hours to finish up everything, but ended up I need another 1 1/2 hours . I guess my dear’s stomach has been making a lot of noise waiting for the food. Sorry dear…

I guess the hardest part is not the steak thing. It is the salsa, guacamole and the blue cheese dip. I don’t have a picture of the blue cheese dip. We were too hungry to take much of the picture . Anyway, now I know… It wasn’t that hard to cook for my love one.

Times Flies… It was my dear 28th Birthday. This time I want to give him another surprise . He is pretty clever… hard for me to create stories and lies in order to make things happened. Probably my acting skill isn’t as good. Anyway, after weeks of research n lots of lots of thinking… I finally came out with an idea … Cooking and Baking!. Hmm… but i don’t know how to cook and I never bake before. Find recipe first lo. I was thinking… strawberry cheesecake and… candle light dinner.

My plan has to be good . I must bake the cake two days before bcoz it has to be chilled for at least 2-3 hours. Besides… I never bake before in case I might fail, I have another night for backup . My time line is pretty tight as I have lots of work in the office . I rushed to supermarket right after work and rushed back home to start my process . Let me show you the making of my dear’s birthday cake…

Here’s Strawberry Cheesecake . I can’t believe I’ve made a cake . My Dear has to OT during his bbday. I’ve waited for him at home then to light up the candle before he came into the house and **TADA** Happy Birthday My Dear! I hope you like it!

I’ve managed to bake him a cake but unfortunately, I couldn’t find the heart shape cake pan . Coming up next, I’m going to cook a dinner for my dear during the following next weekend!

My dear has been really busy with his work. He tried to organize a night to celebrate our 2nd Anniversary. My dear planned to bring me for dinner and movie at Sunway Pyramid. We then spend our dinner at Pasta de Gohan, Japanese Casual Pasta @ Cafe Restaurant. This is my first time visiting this restaurant and taking japanese pasta. I find it quite unique. According to the manager, the food ingredient in this shop is all imported and have special recipe.

I’ve ordered Kimchi Pasta and my dear chose Oyster Pasta and Corn soup. I can’t really recall the full name of the dish and we were really really hungry until we forgot to take pictures of the food. The only we took is the corn soup . Anyway, I personally think that the corn soup and kimchi pasta is really good, my dear like the oyster pasta and it is really good too .The service there is excellent. Very friendly people there. Keep it up.

After the dinner, my dear brought me to haagan daz to get a scope of strawberry ice cream. My all time favorite. Then we went to the cinema waiting for the show to start. Kungfu Panda . Before it started, we posed and snap some pictures .

I love this show. Especially when Po said “What!? I eat when I’m sad”. Exactly my point!.

Wahhh , It has been a month I haven’t been putting up a thing. Why? Hmm… Bcoz my elder sis gave birth to a baby boy last month … June 26… I’ve been busy picking up how to take care of a baby. Ohh yeah picking up! I used to take care of my little sis when she was a baby girl. Baby is around 9.2 pounds, I’m not joking . He is so cute… a clone of my sister. They really look alike. Both of their little lips, and sleeping pattern, all his face expression… omg… exactly like my elder sister.

Everyday after work, the first thing I do is to play with Little JJ. Very excited to see him. Yesh… Little JJ is his name. Carry him, talk to him, sing for him, change napkin… so many things to do with him. Baby very naughty boy. Whenever I come home, he always asleep. I have to wait for him to wake up Zzz. Almost everytime I carried him, he will fall asleep super fast… . I still can’t believe… I’ve just been upgraded to become a Yiyi now in a short time. Congratulate Mr and Mrs Lau .

Yummy… My Favourite of all time … Yoong Kee’s Prawn Mee . I must blog this out as soon as so that I can thanx my Mum and Little Sis, Yan . My little sis today delivered prawn mee to me for my lunch. Such a wonderful Mum and Sis I have. This delicious prawn mee is 100% home made. Besides, it also contains 100% love that make it so siweet…

Again… Thank you Mummy… Thank you Yan… for giving such a wonderful lunch n day. Very touching day for me too .

It was Alan’s Birthday. Me and Chun Hoong planned a week earlier to buy kfc to celebrate his birthday. We planed to act of forgetting his bbday. But.. the surprise failed when Alan thought of getting something special for lunch two days before his birthday . He told me his bbday coming thinking of buying us lunch to celebrate earlier. He spoiled our plan lar!! Anyhow we continue to buy kfc his favourite to celebrate with him. I managed to get a little cake for him too. Hope u like it!

It was tiring working day. I finally reached home, thought of taking a short nap and …

I saw my sheepy hugging my piggy , i laughed right away and take a good pic of it. So si-weet of my dear dear posing my sheepy n piggy to make my day so wonderful. Thank you my dear, muacks .

Besides adapting my life working back in office, I also gaming lar . That’s why seldom blog ler.

I am pretty outdated about gaming stuff. My sis always told me she wanted to install dota. Didn’t know what kind of game is that. Then my gaming session begin when I saw my dear dota-ing. Coincidentally… my colleagues up to it too. I didn’t know they are gaming guys. Started joined them but being killed so many times . So addictive lar… . I’m still so noob. For time being, i’ve tried on a few heroes only. Everynight gaming start around 10. Those fella killed me crazily. I should list out their name… POTATO, Hatapoon, Ayam, Wong, Chris (the keyboard rosak guy … zzz ) and CH and Carrot. Luckily at times my Dear and Alan will help me kill them back . Thanx!!!.

My sis wanted to join me too lar and she said it is hard to play. Of coz, we still noob ma. She insist want to play diablo (ii). Then she got diablo from her friend. I joined her too… My fav hero … Paladin

Diablo (ii) is my first PC Game back in 2001 . I never finished the game before, bcoz no more kaki after quite some time. I can continue with my sis and hopefully can finished the game lar.
